Barberian’s Chicken Wings

This beautiful weather has us excited about BBQing again.. (We BBQ all winter long, but the nice weather definitely makes it more enjoyable). This weeks recipe is an awesome way of cooking our EXTRA LARGE CHICKEN WINGS. Featuring one of our favorite rubs we sell at the store, Barberian’s steak and chicken rub. All you need for this recipe is chicken wings (available at the store for $5.00/Ib), barbarian’s spice and your BBQ!
Ingredients
- chicken wings
- barberian’s steak spice
Instructions
- toss your chicken wings liberally in the barberian’s, don’t be shy
- heat your BBQ up, medium to high heat
- place chicken wings on top rack of the BBQ flipping occasionally
- Cook until crispy, should be about 25-30 minutes
